Even though I’ve tried to cut most refined sugars and processed foods out of my diet, I still crave sweets. Here is an easy read to 7 different sugar alternatives. I’m excited to try a few!
Here are a few examples of how I use sugar-free alternatives:
Agave Nectar: I use this in several recipes, such as breads, muffins, and cookies. I also use this in mojitos when I’m feeling like a drink.
Maple Syrup: Whenever I’m really craving sweets I make breakfast for dinner and freeze the extra pancakes (made with sugar-free mix of course) that way I can use pure maple syrup and it’s like I’m eating dessert for dinner!
