Recipe: Apple Chips

I’m addicted to these apple chips, they are so easy and incredibly good. Plus with tons of apples around it’s the perfect time to make this sugar-free snack.

Ingredients

5-6 apples

Cinnamon

Cardamon (optional)

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Wash apples and grab a long flat cookie sheet.

Core and slice apples thin. I used an apple slicer and just sliced the individual pieces into thinner pieces.

Place single layer of apples on cookie sheet. I just threw the apples on the sheet for the most part.

Cover with cinnamon (I love cinnamon so I used a ton) Sprinkle cardamon lightly (cardamon is strong and expensive, I use it sparingly).

Bake for 3 hours. I stirred the chips after each hour.

I cut up 6 apples and they lasted an evening in my apartment.
